Villa Bertacchi – inside and out Como is a detached villa with a large private garden and dominates Como from above thanks to its location on the border between the town and the woods.
It is only 800 meters from Como Cathedral and on the way to the monastery of San Donato and then Brunate.
The villa is surrounded by greenery and allows you to be out of town while still being in town.
There are 24 beds divided into 4 independent apartments, each with kitchen and bathroom.
The main core of the house is 300 square meters divided on 2 floors.
On the ground floor is the ROSA DEI VENTI apartment consisting of a large kitchen (35 square meters), a dining room with a magnificent stone fireplace, a very bright double bedroom overlooking the pool, and a bathroom with shower. The living room and kitchen have direct access to the panoramic terrace overlooking the cathedral and the lake. The double bedroom and two comfortable sofa beds allow to accommodate up to 6 people. The kitchen has all the equipment (gas stove, electric oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher) and accessories to prepare excellent meals. The large wooden table allows 12 people to eat at the same time .
On the upper floor are the SUN apartment and the MOON apartment.
The SOLE apartment (70 sq m – sleeps 6) consists of two double bedrooms (one of which is a master with a panoramic view of the cathedral and the lake), a dining room (with a beautiful white marble fireplace, table, chairs and a sofa bed), the kitchen with induction plate, microwave oven and refrigerator. A comfortable bathroom with bathtub/shower completes the apartment.
Both bedrooms are equipped with a desk for smart working.
The LUNA apartment ( 50 sqm – sleeps 4/6) consists of a large bedroom with a king-size bed plus a sofa bed, a dining room with a French sofa bed, the kitchen (with induction plate, microwave oven, refrigerator) and 1 bathroom with shower.
Finally, the fantastic attic room (80 sqm), with independent access, can accommodate 4/6 people.
The attic consists of a large kitchen/living room (with gas stove, microwave, refrigerator, table with chairs and a sofa bed), a large bedroom with a double bed and another sofa bed, and a bathroom with shower. The roof, made of exposed wooden beams, and two amazing terraces, one overlooking the forest and the other overlooking the lake, make it a very romantic and relaxing place.
On the -1 floor in the laundry room you will find the washing machine and everything you need for laundry.
The large outdoor spaces allow each apartment to be guaranteed dedicated and exclusive spaces, set up with tables, armchairs, sofas and deckchairs.
The swimming pool and the space in front of it are for the use of apartment guests.
