Entering Maison Peltrera is like flying over Como. It is in fact a splendid apartment with a garden, overlooking the lake and the rooftops of the city.
Through a flight of steps you will reach the lakeside, with its bars and restaurants, the funicular to Brunate and the ferry to Bellagio.
Be enchanted by the dome of the Duomo, the lights of the Tempio Voltiano and Villa Olmo. Enjoy a refreshing dip in the pool at sunset. It’s true: the staircase can be tiring, but it’s worth it!

The Space
The house consists of a very bright living room with a view of the lake and the Duomo, three bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (with bidet and shower), a fully equipped kitchen (gas stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, kettle), a panoramic terrace where you can eat while admiring the Tempio Voltiano and Villa Olmo, the garden where a small swimming pool (2×4 meters) awaits you during spring and summer and the relaxation area surrounded by greenery.
The apartment is accessible only by a scenic staircase: 100 steps from the street where you can park for free (300 steps from the lakefront).
A convenient stair lift allows you to bring your luggage into the house.

All outdoor areas are for the exclusive use of house guests: 2 terraces, pool, and garden

Other things to keep in mind
Upon arrival, documents will be required to be reported to the police authorities, and there is to pay the tourist tax of the City of Como. The cost of the tourist tax is 2 euros per day for the first 4 days (from the fifth day you do not pay) for all people over 14 years old.
